Supervisor Katrina Foley Calls on Mayor Harry Sidhu to Resign and Requests Audits for All OCTA and County Contracts with Angels Baseball and the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce

Orange County, California – Today, Orange County Supervisor Katrina Foley called on Anaheim Mayor Harry Sidhu to resign. Additionally, she called on the Orange County Transportation Authority (OCTA), for which Foley is a Director, and the County of Orange to audit any ongoing contracts with Angels Baseball and the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce.

“I am deeply concerned about the criminal investigations into corruption in the City of Anaheim,” said Supervisor Katrina Foley. This ongoing scandal highlights why transparency and accountability are so important in how we negotiate contracts. I request that both the Orange County Transportation Authority and County of Orange audit any ongoing contracts with Angels Baseball or the Anaheim Chamber of Commerce. While I have no reason to believe there are any financial irregularities, we must do everything we can to protect the taxpayers.”
